Who are we? To be honest-no one special. We are average people, doing average things, in a busy average world. We come home every night, home...thanking whatever keeps us going through the erratic chaos of our lives, for all that we have. And it makes us think. I have a family, unique..very.., and I am sure you know what I mean, I have a home, I have the ability to access what I need. Food, water, shelter. I have love. We reach out for the most everyday items without always giving thought that someone, something, doesnt have that, and that is the thought that sparked this buisness. I like to call it a community. We reach for not all ways what we need, but occaisionally what we
think we need. OK, some more than others. Our duty is to take what we have and give to the world in some way. Through love and compassion, we are givers. We give to the lives of the animals that the world seems to forget at some time or another. It all began when I was only 5, gazing out of the window from my mother's car. Ah, the beautiful spirit running through a horses veins, running, enjoying life. My love began then. And you can believe me, I spent every moment of everyday thinking about these majestic creatures. Ask my mother,..we were broke, for many years. We would buy anything we thought our horses needed. And I mean
anything. Looking back, horses probably dont need a massage weekly, I didnt have to make jewlery for a pony, and she probably didnt want to go "swimming". But with the love that a horse truly has, they seem to tolerate us.
Just look into the eyes of a horse one day. Look. Listen. They talk to us. They have the honesty of a dream, and the patience of nothing else in this world. It is time we give back to the animals who truly care. Who take a moment from this world and listen. Its time we do the same.
They are asking us. All you have to do is listen.
